President George Bush has now "all but" made his decision about future strategy in Iraq, NBC's Jim Miklaszewski told us from the Pentagon. This time next week he will announce a reinforcement of 20,000 combat troops for Baghdad. Miklaszewski's unnamed administration source told him: "This is more of a political decision than a military one. The American people have simply run out of patience and the President is running out of time to achieve some kind of success."
