COMMENTS: SCAVENGE
The ancient law of the treasure hunt was on display on the northern coast of the English Channel as cargo from a grounded container ship began washing ashore. CBS' Sheila MacVicar inspected the "beachcombing bonanza"--car parts, diapers, dog food, motorcycles. "There was little the ship was not carrying…the young, the old, even the slightly embarrassed joined in."
