Gen George Casey, the Chief of Staff of the army, went to Fort Hood to boost his troops' morale. ABC anchor Charles Gibson interviewed him as part of his network's extended coverage. "We are moving large numbers of Incident Stress Management Teams here and Behavior Health Providers," the general declared in Pentagonese.
