NBC substitute anchor Ann Curry promised us that the mere mention of Fess Parker's screen credits would have you humming along. So here is Lee Cowan's obituary of Parker, dead at age 85. "Think of Elvis. Think of Beatlemania," suggested film historian Leonard Maltin. "This was bigger."
