Who knew there was such a big black market in pills? Manuel Gallegus kept an Eye on Crime for CBS, reporting on a recent heist at a warehouse in Connecticut where thieves rappelled through a hole they cut in the roof. They loaded a tractor trailer with Eli Lilly's pharmaceuticals and drove away with loot worth $75m. How did they fence their stash? "Stolen drugs often make their way back into the supply chain through crooked wholesalers." So we could be buying hot pills at our neighborhood pharmacy.
