TYNDALL HEADLINE: HIGHLIGHTS FROM JULY 03, 2007
For the third straight weekday, the failed carbomb plot in Britain was the Story of the Day. ABC and NBC both led from London where police claimed to have found cell-phone evidence in Friday's unexploded carbombs that definitively connected them to the carbomb that failed to take out the terminal at Glasgow Airport. In all, seven of the eight suspected plotters are immigrant physicians working for Britain's National Health Service. CBS looked forward to the Fourth of July holiday for its lead, previewing security precautions for festivities and fireworks.

I am still catching up from last week's vacation, so there will be no more blogging on today's news.
